The Ticketbag.com Safe at Home Guarantee© protects both Sellers and Buyers by requiring each registered user to agree to a code of conduct before any user can use TicketBag.com.  TicketBag.com insures it is the safe and easy place to buy and sell tickets. ©

Buyers:

TicketBag.com guarantees that Buyers receive authentic tickets in time for the desired game or event.  If a buyer does not receive on-time authentic tickets, TicketBag.com will replace the tickets with comparable tickets and/or refund the purchase price at TicketBag.com’s discretion. 

Further, TicketBag.com will ban any seller from the site who attempts to or does sell fake or fraudulent tickets.  TicketBag.com will pursue all legal means against a fraudulent seller, including criminal prosecution, actual damages, liquidated damages, fees, penalties, costs and attorney fees. 

Sellers:

TicketBag.com requires all buyers to agree that he/she and/or any of the buyer’s guests using tickets purchased at TicketBag.com will act in an appropriate manner while attending the event purchased from TicketBag.com.  Further, all buyers agree he/she and/or any of the buyer’s guests will not jeopardize the ticket status of the seller with the event organization or venue. 

TicketBag.com will ban and pursue all legal means against a buyer and/or any of the buyer’s guests who do not act in an appropriate manner or jeopardize the seller’s status with the event organization or venue, including criminal prosecution, actual damages, liquidated damages, fees, penalties, costs and attorney fees.
